Location
My practice is virtual and I see clients in Ontario and New Brunswick.  I offer video sessions through a secure, private telemedicine platform called Doxy.  It is simple to use and does not require any downloads. Alternatively, I offer sessions via phone. 
 

Rates

My fee is $140 for individuals and $170 for couples.  Both rates include the HST. I offer a free 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and to discuss any questions that you have.  To book a free consultation email malinda.dunfield@gmail.com or complete the message box below.

Payment and Insurance 

Payment is made via e-transfer, sent the same day as the session. Unfortunately psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP or Medicare.  However, if your private or group insurance plan covers Registered Psychotherapist or Licensed Counselling Therapist, you may be able to claim the cost (or a portion of the cost) through your insurance.   Please enquire with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility, or let me know if you need any assistance with that process. I'm happy to help!

Hours

Sessions are available Monday-Thursday between the hours of 8am-8pm.

Cancellation Policy 

If you are unable to attend your session please provide me with as much notice as possible.  If you provide me with less than 24 hours' notice you will be required to pay the full session fee.

Sessions are virtual - Attend where ever you feel most comfortable
